Requirements for Personal & Business Services
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice or a one hour fee is charged
Billed at an hourly rate unless otherwise specified
One (1) hour minimum billed for Personal Services
Two (2) hour minimum billed for Business Services
Mileage policy applies
Cost of merchandise is the responsibility of client
Any extra fee incurred is the responsibility of client
A deposit or full payment including cost of merchandise in advance may be required in some situations
Time includes round trip travel and service
Payments due and payable at conclusion of service
No refunds
Policy For Same Day Requests
Same Day Request – will be serviced if schedule permits, anytime within the normal business hours
Same Day with Restrictions – emergency request with restrictions or deadline, within the normal business hours
Emergency Request – outside of normal business hours

*Pet sitting and house sitting services do not follow business hours

Each Additional Hour $12.00
Business Services

One Hour $20.00
Each Additional Hour $15.00

5 Hours Of Service - 5% Off
10 Hours Of Service - 10% Off
15 Hours Of Service - 15% Off

MILEAGE POLICY APPLIES FOR PERSONAL,
BUSINESS & PARTY ASSISTANT
Mileage policy applies to all services
First 15 miles of travel is included, unless otherwise specified
All mileage over 15 miles is charged at $.50 per mile
