A Little Consideration Goes A Long Way

A customer who does not call 1st

I had two new doggie clients that had been staying with us for about 3 wks. went home on Sunday. They were nice to have here. I only wished that the owner would call 1st before dropping by to pick them up.

Please call 1st before picking up & dropping off. I work from home & I also go to clients homes as well. I might not be home when someone decides LAST MINUTE to pick up or drop off their dog

.I was keeping the dogs until the owner could find a new place to live. His previous employment was down sizing. He came up here to stay with a relative who had 3 dogs of his/her own & didn't want 2 more there.I had no problem having them here till then. He had decided that he wanted to pick them up & spend a day with them which was no problem. Only that he gave a 15 minute notice. That he was on his way. I was at a clients house 25 min. away.The next day he dropped of the dogs without notifying me that he wanted to bring them back at a certain time. Luckily Brien was home but in his pj's when he heard someone knocking on the door. the client wanted to drop them off.

When he found a place to live he came by with-out calling to pick them up. We were in the house getting ready to leave for my daughters graduation party.I was happy that he was able to find a new place to live I only wish that he would have called first.

A little consideration goes a long way.
